Heat Rating : MEDIUM, 250ml bottle with integrated oil pourer and new tamperproof seal.

The Cold pressed Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil is from Fussells of Somerset (as seen on Dragon's Den) and the chillies are a mixture of this years crop, dried using natural methods and infused into the oil to give a superb balance.   The chilli oil is of medium heat and is perfect for cooking or roast spuds, batter puddings, stir frys or even drizzling over a salad.

Unlike other oils, Rapeseed Oil does not overpower the flavours of your dishes. It also looks fantastic.

Rapeseed Oil is also a healthier oil option with half the saturated fats of olive oil, about ten times the  Omega 3 and 3 times the Omega 6 fatty acids compared to Olive oil. It also contains Omega 9 and Vitamin E.

Best of all is the lack of food miles. Unlike Olive Oil,  the rapeseed is grown here in the UK (in Somerset) and the chillies are from our farm in Devon.
