Very out of the ordinary for a business that specialises in growing ALL their own chillies. However i can see why you did it because extract sauces taste like crap. This one doesn't but it is blinking hot. Nearly made me cry! Certainly gave me the hiccups for a few minutes.You get the pineappley/mango taste first then the chillies come through and then it is bang bang bang from the extract?Going to get a few more bottles for the mother in law.

Really hot sauce. Very impressed you've mad a limited extract sauce that doesn't taste half bad.Stonkingly good value considering DIS is £6 quid a bottle. I prefer Dynamite hence the 4 star!
