This is a small sweet Spanish heirloom chilli pepper named after a town in Galicia, Spain.

Approximately 1 in 10 harvested Padron chilli peppers are really hot the remainder have little heat. So its a little like playing Russian Roulette with chilli peppers!

Harvesting can start when the fruits are still green. Peppers mature from green to red and some get hotter as they mature.

Excellent for Tapas, stir fries, stuffed, grilled or fried whole..

Padron peppers are full of Vitamin C, so eat a chilli, not an orange next time!
