BLACKCURRANT CHILLI SAUCE
Part of our fruit sauce collection, this sauce made is with freshly hand picked blackcurrants (picked at the farm - when in season) and our Aji Pods.
Containing over 55% blackcurrants, this has a really fruity flavour. You can smell the blackcurrants as you open the bottle. It is a bit different to all other sauces on the market.
We were the first to make a blackcurrant chilli sauce as far as we know and it is really popular with our customers at markets.
Ideally it is used with duck or game dishes. However we use it with pancakes, drizzled over cheesecake and over ice cream. It is also good (according to customers) with smoked camenbert cheese.
