Brilliant for grinding up over a pizza to add a great chilli kick! These chillies have attitude. You only need the tiniest amount. We would use them to make spicy pickled onions or even drop one into a bottle of vodka.
Always wear gloves when handling.
To make Naga Onions - Very simple!
Buy some cheap silverskin onions from a local shop. Open. Add a dried ghost pod. Put the lid back on . Wait for 2 weeks. Open and enjoy. The longer you leave them, the hotter they get!
